Then we design your Liferoom to fit your home’s architecture and your HOA guidelines if you have them. The system integrates with most existing patios, pergolas, or covered areas. We handle the permitting and make sure everything’s up to code before we start building.
Installation typically takes a few days depending on the size. We mount the motorized screens, install the cool mist system, wire the controls, and test everything to make sure the remote and app work correctly. You’ll get a walkthrough of how to operate the screens, adjust the misting, and control the built-in LED lighting.
After that, you’ve got a space that adapts to whatever Houston throws at it. Screens up on nice days, screens down when the mosquitoes come out or the temperature spikes.

If there are issues—like a pergola that’s not sturdy enough to support the motorized components or a patio with drainage problems—we’ll tell you upfront what needs to be addressed.
